Dr. Rimbey’s expertise is range economics, livestock production economics, public land policy, and coordinated resource management (CRM). His educational programs center on economic analysis of range improvement, development and implementation of range management plans, livestock production economics and the economic impacts of choices made in public land policies. His research deals with private grazing lease arrangements, federal and state grazing fee issues and the Experimental Stewardship Program.
